Negative thoughts like, “I am prone to make mistakes” should be replaced with affirmations like, “ Mistakes aren’t a problem. Each mistake will help me learn and improve”. Use the above regime for a period of time and you will be amazed to see the changes you notice in your genius iq life.
Using affirmations is a fantastic to way re-program your genius iq mind towards the goals and desires which you have set for yourself in life. 1. Have a clear goal in your mind which is stated as an end.
Let's say for example that you'd like to achieve an IQ of 180 and become a genius. This is not a clear goal. This is a means and not an end. The end would perhaps be, "i wish to invent a new machine that helps recycle water" or whatever your goal may be.
2. Establish a series of affirmations which are connected with our goal.
This will allow us to create the links with the subconscious mind. For example, using the example above we could use "i am an inventor", "i am creative", "i am inspired" etc etc as ways to get us into the frame of mind to allow thoughts which are in tune with this nature to come to the fore. Always make sure your affirmations are in the present tense, and always state them in terms of abundance and positivity.
3. Once the list of affirmations is created, repeat your affirmations on a daily basis.
Do this in a time and a place where you will not be distrubed or distracted by. The secret here is to maintain mental silence as you perform them, because the mental silence will open up the subconscious mind and allow its true power to flow through you.
4. Use other ways to build up and use the affirmations.
For example, by using subliminal persuasion recordings, hypnosis and brain wave entrainment. Subliminal persuasion recordings will allow changes to take place in your life passively and with minimal effort. All you have to do is listen to the recordings and let the voices in the recording repeat the affirmations to your genius iq subconscious mind. Hypnosis works in a similar way, although you will need to get into a hypnotic state to begin with, either through self hypnosis or by using a qualified practitioner. Finally, brain wave entrainment will put your genius iq mind in the brain wave state for your ideals, which therefore allows you to access this state more easily. The trick is in the mindset and the subconscious connection, and not in the words which you yourself use. The words are only useful due to their frames.
