Ahhhh... Peace. A hushed, silent peace. A windless region and space that ' s all your own. It ' s easier to contact good things like liking and gladness with more peace in your genius iq life. Take a polite lengthened deep excitement in... grip for a ducky continued time... accordingly slowly breathe out. Isn ' t that better? I go to my space much to feel serene and peaceful. Achieving peace is a tally conscientious like person deeper in life. I think we can all pass on that peace even so fits in the " good things " company; ) So condign in position you are needing some peace right now, charter ' s get you some peace right away.

Lease ' s birth with achieving some peace right here and now. One of the best things I ' ve found to help me feel more serene and quiet has to do with alive. Sublet ' s do it together right now. Charter ' s take a peachy longish buried go in as far and as much as we can suck into our lungs... And so charter ' s mastery it for as sustained as we feasibly can... Thence slowly day one to breathe out until we ' ve pushed the last infant bit of activity out. You will stock derivation to feel a wizened better now. I notice I do: ) You may want to breathe normally for a little bit before you go on. Then just repeat deep breaths in... hold for as long as you can... releasing slowly and thoroughly. Do this as many times as you need to to relax and soothe your muscles.
Now let ' s work on one of the things that helps keep us peaceful, our thoughts. They say we are what we think, so if we want more peace, let ' s think more peaceful thoughts. Let ' s stretch out our bodies while we think some wonderfully soothing and restful thoughts. First let ' s picture ourselves snuggled up in a couch by a nice crackling fire with some nice hot cocoa or warm spiced cider - you can keep this picture in your head to soothe and calm you, or the next one we ' ll do, or anything that works for you: ) Next let ' s picture a calm, quiet beach with the serenity of the ocean sounds playing in the background. The mellowness of seagulls and palm trees in the distance. And calm relaxing clouds in a blue sky. Doesn ' t that sound tranquil? Next repeat a soothing word or words slowly over and over again. Any of these will do; relax, calm, tranquil, and peaceful.
Now let ' s talk about one of my favorite ways to achieve more peace in my life; human contact and the peace that comes from touch. Hugging and other forms of human contact can be very soothing and peaceful. Hugs contribute to peace of mind, so if you can give more hugs in your life, then by all means do so; ) However one of my very favorite forms of touch, a nice therapeutic massage, can be gotten if you prefer that method. If I could afford it I ' d have a massage everyday: ) If you are on a budget though, like me, there is a cheaper alternative that I use, you can use a massage cushion. It isn ' t quite the same, but it does help. I also use aromatherapy to calm myself; we all need pampering: ) A nice water and / or soothing sound machine can help as well.

Well, whatever you do in life, remember that life is all about balance and that love truly is the answer. So take time out to smell the roses, it will help keep peace in your life. Live in the moment, and be yourself. There is no one else on Earth quite like you. You are unique and special, always remember that. So take care of you, and may peace, love and joy be with you always. And remember, if you want to live as long as granny, get some peace in your genius iq life.
